Amazing, simple and easy. Eesa was on hand to help and walked us through each stage step by step we were in and out in less than an hour with our new car. If it wasnt for Eesa’s help i think i would still be sat going through it. Overall it was perfect in every sense.

I bought Audi Q7 Fully factory loaded car and it is really good condition. They checked everything and repairs some parts before selling and it is good point when you buy a car. They do everything to make us feel comfortable. There is no need to compare anyone with others. It’s a really good company and Rashid is a friendly person.

Very good buying experience. Clearly very knowledgeable about Audi’s as that what they stock most of. Rashid was very interested in me as a customer and left me to view car on own with no pressure. After the sale the car did develop a fault. Eesa the owner couldn’t have been more helpful with getting this resolved with my local Audi specialist garage. When the warranty company wouldn’t cover the whole cost of repair due to it being a manufacturer recall issue (common clause with warranty) Eesa stepped in and paid the difference without any objection at all. Such a good customer service! We then even sold my wife’s car to Eesa afterwards as they offered us a really good trade price. Great business who you can trust to do the right thing by you! Purchased A4 Avant 2017 2.0 TFSI (190bhp) via Heston Automotive. Had the motor for nearly 2 months. Wow, what a fantastic car, so far. My motor racing mechanic friend recently gave it the once over in the garage. Very impressed with the condition of the car too. I bought a great looking Audi from Rashid and Eesa at Heston Automotive. I knew what I was after and they had 3 cars with varying specifications available to view.

I was given time to view the cars, sit inside and check the condition from the body, to engine bay, to interior on all the cars. I went for a test drive with Rashid for the one that caught my attention and was given the keys and a spin around the block.

We agreed a deal and they honoured every part of it. I was happy to pay sticker price provided my own little requests were met and they were. I did go to view a different car down the road and regretted wasting my time at the other dealership.

No pushy sales tactics, no dodgy games, no cowboys. Massive respect to Rashid and Eesa, they let the car do the talking and didn’t interfere or get me to do something I didn’t want to do. I’m home with a beautiful car and very happy I went with Heston – in the top 2 car buying experiences I’ve had.

Purchased a Skoda fabia from these guys, the car is 7 years old but you couldn’t tell from the condition. Every car on the lot is in stunning condition and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended
